Your Guide to the Himalayas
Hi, I’m Alexander Lama—an adventure lover, nature enthusiast, and photographer from the heart of Nepal. Born near the sacred mountain Mount Kailash, I’ve always felt a profound connection to the mountains that has shaped my life and career. From childhood, I was captivated by the natural beauty surrounding me, and that passion evolved into a career dedicated to sharing the majesty of the Himalayas with others. Since 2019, I’ve been guiding trekkers from all over the world through some of Nepal’s most iconic and remote regions. My journey as a guide has taken me across the Everest region, including Everest Base Camp and the challenging Everest Three Passes Trek. I’ve also had the privilege of guiding in the Annapurna, Langtang, and Limi Valley regions, providing trekkers with unforgettable experiences on and off the beaten path. In addition to trekking, I’m a climbing guide for 6000m+ peaks, and I’ve led successful climbs of Mera Peak, Island Peak, and Lobuche Peak. My climbing experience extends to peaks like Mera Peak,Tserko Peak &Yala Peak, and I’m constantly looking to challenge myself by summiting higher mountains. I take great pride in ensuring that every trek and climb is tailored to each adventurer’s goals, whether they are seeking a scenic trek or a thrilling summit. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor in Mountaineering Studies, deepening my knowledge of high-altitude environments and technical climbing. Along with my qualifications in rock climbing, first aid, and rescue training, I bring the right expertise to every adventure I guide.
